Mac and Cheese

ingredients

  • 1 box of pasta
  • 2 and a half tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 and a half cups of milk
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • A quarter teaspoon of pepper
  • 100 grams of shredded smoked Gouda cheese
Mac and Cheese

Steps

  1. Heat a large pot of salted water until it boils, then cook the pasta, drain it, and set it aside in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle a little oil over the pasta in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add the butter and let it melt. Once it melts slightly, add the flour and mix well, letting it cook for about a minute while stirring.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and smoked paprika and remove it from the heat.
  5. Add the pasta to the pot with Panda Gouda cheese and mix well until the pasta is coated with the cheese sauce.
  6. Serve it in a large bowl and season it with salt and pepper, garnishing with a sprinkle of parsley on top.
