Arab Dairy Company – Panda (an Egyptian joint-stock company) was established in September 1985 under the license of the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt in accordance with the provisions of Investment Law No. 43 of 1974 and its executive regulations. The company was to operate for a period of twenty-five years starting from the date it gained its legal personality. The company’s duration was extended for another twenty-five years starting from the end of the previous period on September 8, 2010. The company’s headquarters is located at the company’s factory in: Sandbis area - Qanater El Khairiya Center - Qalyubia Governorate, and its administrative office and sales branch are located in the industrial zone in Katameya - Plot No. 29, Block S1 - Katameya Area - Cairo.
The company was initially established for the production of white cheese. On April 11, 1990, the company’s articles of association were amended to expand its objective to include the production of all dairy products and all types of cheese.
